you just gotta know benchmark tricks, not that makes any difference in day-today usage beside e-peen.. for example older 256PP's gets 830-870 score in AS SSD..

Grabbed it for $200 the other day, and it's smoking fast, so far.

Other specs, that test was done on a Z68, with the intel 6g controller, and a 2700k oc'd a ton. All on Win 7 Ult x64.

they are real nice drives Ive got 2 sitting here in the floor ..If i was to ever buy a SF it would be 1 of my Choices

Just for the benchmark or 100% of the time?

I read somewhere that for Sandforce drives you don't want compression on but for other drives compression can boost performance if you have the processor capacity for it. I got a 3930k @ 4.3 so thought I might as well do it.
