What's weird is that your 4k-64thrd reads are actually slower in RAID.. did you run the test on both single drives to ensure they both give that speed alone?

i have ticked both options (write cache and turn off cache buffer)

Like he said "untick" and "tick" it. This is a known problem for RAID setups.

Also run 1 thread in prime 95 when you are benchmarking. Makes it so the CPU is under slight load and you get slightly better scores most of the time.

Better. smile.gif

Dual booting?

Also, the 4k-64thrds are low. It is either b/c you partitioned the drive or it is b/c one of your drives is having the issue a few others are having where it is cut in half randomly. Good news is that it doesn't affect desktop user's performance wise in real world use, only benching. smile.gif

Stay on Intel port, 4K and Acc. Time are the results to look at for real world performance.

Anvil's Storage Utilities 1.0.46 RC3 .

How do you compare these results with AS-SSD benchmark for the same SSD ?

Here are the results from my RevoDrive, and my RamDisk; do these count?
