HTT needs to be < or = 1000mhz

so 250mhz x 4 = 1000Mhz

you need to run 2 instances of Prime95 to get FULL 100% on both cores (*edit i just noticed you are already on water* cool)

if i only run 1 instance of prime i get 46degrees

htt x htt multiplier equals large number. for me my htt is 275 x 3 (htt multiplier) and that equals 825. its under 1000 so its safe
