fluctuation in the 5v and 12v rails

Thread Starter
Is it normal to have some fluctuations in the 5v and the 12v rails? The 5 goes from 5.02 to 5.05 and the 12 goes from 12.12 to 12.16. The 5 fluctuates a lot more, going between again 5.02 to 5.05 pretty much constantly, the 12 not so much. This is according to the bios, I haven't tested it with a voltmeter yet, but I plan on doing so soon as I get/borrow one.

Thanks!

that doesn't sound like a huge fluctuation and shouldn't bother you too much.

the main thing to worry about is if they're off by a lot. What you do need to do though is manually test your voltages w/ a multimeter.
