AMD 2500xp-m @ 1.8v

Thread Starter
Well I got my computer running stable at 11.5x220 @ 1.8v. It used to run at 1.75v, guess it just degraded after a few months. temps are not looking too bad 42'c idle and 47'c when running aquamark. is there anything i should worry about running at 1.8v?

I've heard similar stories.
I'm still running per my signature at 1.9 without a problem (but I rarely use it for more than a hour or two at a clip.).

Prolly not a good idea for an extended period of time, but I believe I used 1.9v for a month or two with a Volcano 12 maxed out.

I'm kinda curious about XP voltages too. I have a 2600+ barton running at 11.5 x 200 = 2300 Mhz. at 1.85 volts with max load temp's under prime at 49 degrees celsius. Does anyone know what the max volt's and temps are for the XP? BTW Peter North great OC 11.5 x 220, the mobiles really are a much better chip.

I had a XP 2500+ before i would go for 1.8v safe and 55c max safe temperature, off the top of my head anyway.
