XP-M 2500 IQYHA or XP 3200 Barton for a server cpu?

I have my new gamming system built and now I can play around with my other pc's. I have a server that will be running 24/7, it wont be doing anything other than acting as a DHCP and file and print server. I also use it for Azureus. I am wondering which processor I should use in it. I want it to be stable, probably running stock cpu settings. Should I use the XP-M OC'd or not OC'd, since it uses less power and generates less heats, or us the XP 3200 Barton?

I was thinking about using the 3200 in it and using the 2500 as a second desktop that is a dual boot system with XP Pro/Suse 10. Right now I have server 2003 and Fedora Core 4 on my server machine as dual boot. I like the fact that server 2k3 is fairly user friendly but the linux is more secure but a lot harder to set up for what I need. The server 2k3 would require the faster cpu for better performance but the linux os will be happy with either cpu.

What do you all think?

I suggest you get the 3200+ and lean about linux some more. Check your local library for the "Linux Bible".

Thanks for your recommendation! I already have the 3200+, I am just thinking of swapping around parts. I have taken linux workstation and server in college. I have seen the linux pocket book and have used it in class. My friend and I set up a linux webserver and mail server at his home but I am leaning towards a microsoft server. I do have Linux loaded on my PC to mess around with and am using qmail and webmin but I am not sure if I like it yet.
