I liked the storyline in the original two, but I agree. The gameplay is boring as hell.

haha...sorry bud. it's actually a fun place to party for a couple days, but once the novelty wears off you'd pretty much rather be anywhere else but there.

Don't swear it off over something so petty. All else fails, just grab the Fat Man and do that which you cannot do IRL.
i know, i just don't want to be reminded of the place at all. though your idea about fat man is something to consider.

I wouldnt want to live there unless I had enough money to not have to work, but for vacations, its heaven.
well, if you love dive bars...vegas is certainly a good spot to be. don't get me wrong, it's got its positives. just had too many negative experiences there. i worked on the strip for several years, so you maybe can see how i'm a bit jaded towards the place.

ive seen and tried the original fallouts 1/2 and in the 90s it would have been a good game but not now.fallout3 is a vast step up in graphics and game play although a bit flaky its a great game and i put up the ctd"s.

i finished zeta last night and must have killed about 80 of those pesky green lads but it was good and a lot better than the pitt.

if anybody wants to know their way around a spaceship im your man.

In 1997, the gameplay was perfect. I still play them today.

your probably right, back then it was probably good but playing it now its not right, same with Duke Nukem 3D and such where people play the game now after hearing about it then say it sucks when for its time it was pretty much the coolest game you could get

I play them once in a while, but the resolution isn't really compatible with my eyes.

understandable, but Duke 3D has a mod thing that makes the graphics way better and supports new resolutions

I didn't mind the graphics at all. I just hated the slow-as-hell turn based combat and clunky interface.
