indeed, thats one of the reasons i never downloaded them for Fallout 3, because they were all seperate and you take me all day to find them all and get them all

You can actually help them in that regard if you do their quest.

I must say this time 'round the BoS was actually, for the most part anyways, rather polite. I did have Veronica with me when I went down there, though.

Call it blasphemy if you want but I think the game looks a tick better despite being half the size.

xD. Sadly, most of Fo3's size is texture mods.

PS: Working on a small crafting mod that'll allow you to make 3 different types of armor. Hint: I hope you didn't piss off the NCR.

Nearly 80 hours now, would be more if I didn't have to work. I've found quite a few neat things, and also found out a sniper rifle is way more effective than any other weapon in the game. Been able to 1 shot Death Claws with 80 points in my "Guns". Honestly the game feels like I'm playing FO1, but in 3D instead.

My first character the way I was doing the quests I didn't really enjoy it, this name I have now is actually more interesting as I have everyone working with the NCR, or are at least friendly with NCR now. Everyone hates the Legion though. I'll more than likely make a "bad" character as well, but I always find myself being neutral or trying to get everyone to work together at least.

I really do wish they would of added at least vehicle to the game, or a mutated horse. Anything to make traveling a little faster. I actually had hopes for it, due to the car you could repair/drive in FO2.

There's already a hoverboard mod in the works, but vehicle mods won't really come in big until NVSE is released.

I was wondering if she would help, I planned to grab her to get into two bos safehouses but now that I am at their base I am going to wait to see if they will give me a key.

I did all that crap for the BoS and didn't get the option to recruit them or anything. I'm killing them in this run =/

LET THEM SHUT INS HAVE IT!

Errr... I mean... that's horrible!

EDIT:

Quick update on a small crafting mod I'm making, I'd like everybody's input on this parts list for these items. (Thanks to TestECull for some creative ideas on ingredients)

Ranger Combat Armor (Vanilla, Repair 35)
---
Damage threshold 20 (Vanilla stat)
Weight 25 (Modded stat, down from 30)
----------
Combat Armor 1
Duct Tape 2
Box of Detergent 2
Leather armor 1
Scrap metal 2
Bounty Hunter Duster 1

Lightweight Ranger Combat Armor (New item, Repair 55)
---
Damage threshold 12 (New stat)
Weight 10 (New stat)
----------
Combat Armor 1
Duct Tape 2
Box of Detergent 1
Leather armor 1
Scrap metal 1
Bounty Hunter Duster 1

Reinforced Ranger Combat Armor (Repair 60)
---
Damage threshold 28 (New stat)
Weight 35 (New stat)
----------
Ranger Combat Armor 1 (Vanilla item)
Duct Tape 3
Box of Detergent 2
Combat Armor, Reinforced 1
Scrap metal 3

Ranger Helmet (Vanilla, Repair 35)
---
Damage threshold 4 (Vanilla stat)
Weight 0 (Vanilla stat)
----------
Duct Tape 1
Scrap metal 2
Combat Helmet 1
Pressure Cooker 1
Bandanna 1

Since there is only three Bounty Hunter Dusters in the game, I've added them to two lists that control wardrobe and dresser loot lists, as well as grave loot lists.

All the Ranger Combat Armor's still have their faction script intact and have had their repair list added to combat armors.

Any input on what should stay, what should go, or what should be added to the ingredient lists that make sense (including changing the numbers) is more than welcome. Also: damage thresholds and weight, need some ideas on balancing that as well as +stat enchants that keep the armors in balance.

NOTE: I don't plan on releasing this mod on the Nexus if I finish it, it'll be an OCN exclusive. There are no new textures or models. Just a modified item, and two new items using existing textures/meshes.

So I checked out the 19th/20th Century weapons pack. I'm disappointed, but I may give it another try in a few weeks/months when it's been updated some more. There are WAY too many new ammo types to keep track of.

in real life there would be a ton of ammo, (IE Ammunition for teh M4A1 will not work in a Ak47 and vise versa.)
