Mine is not loud at all. They have an automatic speed control in them that adjusts according to temp. On the back is a switch that lets you select High Auto or Low. Mine is nice and quiet even on the Auto/High settings. The 120mm fan inside moves a lot of air, but isn't that loud IMO.

my speed fan is way different from my bios
my 12v was like 11.3 in speedfan and like 11.85 in bios
soo yeah dont trust it

Yes, speedfan can be off, but in my case it is not. He asked for votages and I provided them. I have already compared the SpeedFan values to my BIOS values and they are spot on. I do agree that SpeedFan CAN be off however and a comparison to your BIOS readings should be done to ensure accuracy.
