ive already tried rivatuner, it lets me change the "target adapter" settings but wont let me acess the "driver settings" menu. it also does not detect nview.dll, nvshell.dll, and nvwdmcpl.dll. my driver version is 81.98.

ive already added it. i think people just arent understanding my problem though. i am able to overclock my GPU through nvidias software, its just that every time i try to raise or lower any of my clock speeds and test them it reverts back to the default and says to lower them.
