the kingston is much better if the timings are 2-2-2-5...

um, i wish i could sit here and explain but i gotta get goin, in short the tighter the timings(smaller the #'s) the faster the memory can go.. but maybe look through this

Dunno where i heard it but they say kingston ram isn't so good. those timings for the kingston look great though i believe timings won't give you any noticable performance increase compared to raw mhz. higher timings usually mean slower (but not noticable slow) ram, but usually more stable. I have geil brand ram, and i have problems with it's timings :S. But for now look at reviews for both of the sticks. It's really hard to compare them atm, because i doubt anyone has tried the same sticks and not everyone can get the same overclock even if the sticks are exactly identical. For for now, the timings on the kingston look good and if they can handle a good range of voltage (like 2.6-2.95 or something), then get em.

what RAM would be best for overclocking will really depend on what board you have and what your goal is.

Probably RAM based on either BH-5 or TCCD would be the best but please fill out your rig info so we can better help you.
