Opinions on a new rig, please! :)

Hey guys!

I'm building a rig for a friend thats going off to college. I don't want it to be to complicated for him, so I'm going to pre-OC it for him and everything. I added parts that I am sure won't fail on him without extra tampering. He is a good friend, so he won't if I tell him not to unless he learns how himself. He wants to be able to game and what not, as you can tell from some of the items. I don't want to water cool it because of replacing the water and it might be to much of a hassle for him and what not.

What do you guys think? What could I do to make it cheaper or better?

Sorry for the double post, I didn't want to edit as there already seems to be people reading. My goal for this computer is to make it as quiet and as cool as possible. Post your opinions!

I would read all the customer reviews on that case.

looks like some ppls are having problems with cracking and such.

a nice thermaltake or antec super lanboy would do nicely.

The rest of it looks jam up.

Looks like a good bang for the buck--and a unique look for the dorm--one thought--I would mod the case to accept larger fans--larger fans make less noise--and in a one-room dorm that can be a key factor--likewise I have no idea how loud that PSU is--but I would select the quiet PSU over a cool-looking one. Seasonic is reliable, inexpensive and quiet. Going to 120mm fans and undervolting them will give the same CFM with much less noise--considering the number of fans involved on that particular case...

Looks good, but I've got some suggestions to make it cooler and quieter -
Case - Good quiet, cool cases include Thermaltake Tsunami, Antec P180, Lian Li PC60, and NZXT Lexa.

Heatsink - The Thermaltake Big Typhoon is the best air cooler out there, and one of the quietest.

Replace those, and you'll have a killer rig that's still quiet and cool.
