If you do order, and it charges you shipping, don't worry - we'll cut you a refund for the difference. So don't let that stop you
As for international customers, I'm working on that. The problem is (as far as I've found so far) I can't do international shipping per item - and we don't want to ship all our stuff internationally. The fraud and shipping charges are astronomical. So, for any international customers, contact me via PM and we'll work something out. I can, however, say shipping won't likely be free in that case, but we'll see what we can do!
