please help guys...btw..after i OCed my Window look kind of diffrent from before..any advices is welcome

Make sure you have the latest version of CPU-z. And if you are getting errors, then your system may not be completely stable.

I would leave the ram timings alone for now. Use memtest to find your max stable mem speed, then later (even though i don't really think you would want to loosen your timings any more), you could maybe go to 3-3-3-8 and see how much faster your ram can go, and then benchmark to find the best combination of ram speed and timings.

Try upping the vdimm to help the RAM reach higher stable speeds.
The CPU may also need a vcore bump.

Well done. Now for stability testing. Download Prime95, SuperPi and OCCT along with either speedfan or ASUS PC Probe II.

If you pass for ~12 hours on Prime95 and 32M SuperP you can then test for 1/2 hour on OCCT.

Then you can move on to the dram.

so if i up the vdimm my ram could go past 220 mhz?? because right now it can't go past 220mhz..When i change the FSB speed to 221mhz my mother automatic lower the speed of my ram to 173mhz...since my motherboard don't a a divider option.

Raising the Vdimm should help with the 221mhz issue. If it doesnt , loosen you timings to 3.4.4.8 and test.
What are you running for a HTT multi? if its at 5X you might have stability problems 5X 220 =1100mhz , You should try to keep it around 1000mhz, so drop it to 4x and see if that helps . Good luck

Go into your BIOS. You will find the "Advanced" Section:

Advanced

CPU Configuration > DRAM configuration
  • Max Memclock (MHz) :
DDR400 - Set this to 333 and you will have set your divider.
