Flashed GTX 480 bios...questions on voltage.

I've flashed my GTX 480 to the EVGA OV bios, however I notice in MSI Afterburner and Xtreme Tuner HD the voltage still seems to be locked..no bar or anything, what am I missing? Thanks!

Also, was the OV bios from EVGA supposed to change my default clock speeds? Because they don't seem to have changed, thanks.

change voltage with that.

Try updating afterburner to 1.6.x beta if you want to change voltage with afterburner

had the same problem until i got to afterburner 1.6 and yay voltage is unlocked. also mkae sure you check "enable voltage control" in settings

Ah, seems to be unlocked with that thank you. Also, I'm guessing 1.050v is the stock voltage of the GTX 480, or does Nvidia Inspector use a generic one? Not sure what volt to do to get it to 850+...

Also, the max volt I can go to is 1.213v, is that right?

*EDIT* Noticed that even 1.213v would be insane, gonna try 1.125v with the fan @ 100 for 900mhz...

1.125 didn't really blaze it that much, it just wasn't enough for 900mhz which saddened me. Even 1.138 wasn't

Temps won't be a problem since I'll be installin' a spitfire soon but yeah

Flashed GTX 480 bios...questions on voltage.

I wrote the initial info for this case, so that's pretty much my review. Compared to the TT Command Snow I just evaluated, if THIS case was ATX sized, I would rather buy this case than the TT...

Overall, I'd recommend passing on buying this unless you're at the store and it's the cheapest one you like. I'm more impressed by the quality of the generic Apex TX521 that Tiger Direct likes to...

Picked these up for my TRON Legacy theme build. Got the optional light bar upgrade kit(s). Note, for a quad channel package you will need two light bar kits as each covers two sticks. No issues...
