lol i was gonna say...lets trade sticks...

anyway i think i read these sticks will do DDR550 at 3-4-3-7 or 8 ... which i think is a good ... especially for 1 gig sticks

yeah, they should be able to do 3-4-3-8. they use the same chips that OCZ uses in their gold DDR500 and OCZ rates theirs at 3-4-3-8.

It may be your memory. I have had to RMA 2 of the same sticks that you just got back to Newegg in the last month.

yeah my reports meet that area as well, most i've seen was in the venus they got to over 290 HTT 1:1, with the Expert they have been known to go to around 275-280 thus my purchasing them ove 1gb of TCCD, i don't need 2gbs of ram, but it does make my system a little more future proof.

I was going to get modules like that for the same price as my 2gbs. I chose the 2GBs over teh 1gb, manily as i would find a cooling/heat factor to stop my overclock before i'd get a ram limitation.
