is a 500W PSU enough/more den enough for this system?

GeForce 6800GS
AMD athlon 64X2 3800+
2GB ram
dvd rw rom
and roughly serveral fans
oh and overclocking slightly

Should be fine, fill out ya specs under user cp at the top of the page for us all to see what we are working with easily. I am running a 350 watt 10 amp psu on the rig in my sig that I found in the shed and it is working just fine. (just because I can)
