Help, Dual Channel Patriot/AsRock Board

Thread Starter
I have 2 gigs of RAM running in Dual channel on my AsRock Dual Sata 939 Motherboard. I have my CPU overclocked to 2.4ghz, the RAM is running at 208mhz.....everything seems to be running fine, but I am confused about the timings. CPU-Z shows this:

Cas 3
Ras to Cas 3
Ras Pre Charge 3
Cycle Time 8
Bank Cycle 11
Dram Idle Timer 16

I also have something in my BIOS set to 1T

Thanks!! I will read
My CAS in the bios is 2.5

I am just confused about what these timings should be. Althoug everything seems to be running fine, I honestly expected more when I put the other gig of RAM in. Is there a program that will reccommend timings? I read the "timings for dummies", but I am stil confused....I guess I am dumber than Dumber

Has a good tutorial on BIOS settings including RAM timing settings. Even I finally understood what I was supposed to be doing!
