Finaly made 4.0, 1.2 GHz overclock.

Didnt expect to reach 4.0 but Ive made it with my PD 820 2.8. Temps are awsome(thanks to my new cooling system, its the only way Ive made it this far) Idle temps are good at 35-36c, and load temps are 44c tops after 20minutes of prime95. Now I just need to work on the ram a little bit and see if I can get this Primed stable.

W/ 4-4-4-8 or 4-4-4-12 you'd be pulling a 1:1 ratio, that 4:3 is weak. Just set RAM to 2.3v. BTW, my ratio is a 1:2.

Nice job also.

Well Id push the ram a little more but I dont know what the breaking point is on voltage as its at 2.00 right now(stock is 1.85) I guess I can give it a go on the timings. BTW the ram is only PC2-4300 so I dont think Id be doing 1:2 ratio.

Try a 3:4 and 2:3, DDR2 @ 2.3v can do miracles, specially with the 4448 or 44412. I've seen it.

My opinion, if you have them at 2.0v and 214mhz, that's a bit too high in Voltage, try from 2.1v-to-2.3v.

Most DDR2 is rated for ~2 - 2.1V so you probably can push it a bit farther than that although I personally have not taken it farter than 2.05. I'm getting 2.05V @ 4-4-4-10

Wait your saying 2.0v is to high but your telling me to raise it to 2.1-2.3??

Ill see what will happen here in a few. As for it being at 2.0v it was that way when I was runing 1:1 with an FSB of 276-280, so when I tried to see if the ram was the issue I never changed the Voltage. BTW this is mushkin not XMS, I know XMS can do some serious voltage's but Im not sure on my ram.

Ok, hmm, both my mushkin and HyperX state they are 1.85v sticks, maybe this is just a low safe side?
