I need to check the information about my AMD motherboard and cpu like core type memory timings etc etc, i forgot the name of the program you guys recomend =( can some one refresh my memory please?

ill bet it can with good cooling... thats what im running and i have the same cpu as you just a different stepping. i think my MOBO & RAM is holding me back from gettin to 4ghz though... i cant break 3.84ghz right now...

I think your limiting factor is going to be your DDR RAM.
Because it's rated to run at 200 MHz it's not going to go far past that number easily.
You're going to have to set an FSB:RAM divider.
But before you do that, try to loosen the timings from 2.5-3-3-8 to 3-4-4-8 for example. It should allow you to get a higher FSB. Then when you reach the limit try to up the VDimm (RAM voltage) a bit but don't exceed 2.8V.
If after all that you still want to take the OC further then you're going to need an FSB:RAM divider like 4:3 ot 5:4.
You have a good mobo and CPU. Just don't raise the vcore higher than 1.525V
