yes its in the bios somewhere... usually in the advanced setting of some sort.
if your trying to OC higher and its your ram holding you back, maybe try 2.5-4-4-7 for timings... and maybe up the voltage(vDIMM) to them a little too.

1. Find the max vdimm thae RAM can handle.
2. Options and methods
a. Get memtest 86 and use the Quick Guide for preliminary testing... the method is about 1/2 down in the link/article.
http://www.overclock.net/faqs/38268-...roduction.html
b. Timings... that will take a bit of work/testing.
try max allowable vdimm and work the timings.
CAS2.5-4-4-7 and try 8 or 10 for the 4th value... to CAS3 if necessary with CAS3-3-3-6.
You could also try T2 for the CPC (Command) for added stability being it only reduces speed a few %.

In my BIOS, the timing setting is in this path: Advanced/Chipset/MCT Timing Mode. You switch the MCT Timing Mode setting to maual and 5 new settings come up: the first four timings and 1T or auto(2T).
