200x12= 2,4Ghz (default clock). So what would be a simple overclock to start off with?

Also I would have to set the HTT x 4 right? I'm not so familiar with socket 939 yet, and if any of you can give me a simple setting to start off with it would be nice. Most importantly which would be the best BIOS to use...I saw the version 1.8 official BIOS doesn't have a HT lock.
If you have not bought the 4000+ save the cash and get a 3700+
Will the memory run at 234, more than likely, yes and even higher depending on what timing tweeks and how much vcore you up to!
An HT of 4 will allow you to run the CPU HTT up to about 260 safely. Keep the total below 1040 and you will be fine.
As far as the BIOS is concerned, check the POST on the Dual SATA in the BIOS section
