Sure will, and will offer max performance for either card unlike most other AGP + PCI-E mobo's!

I'm abit confused. Asrock say this mobo supports DDR400. So my questions is will it support PC4000/DDR500 and if so, will there be any point over PC3200/DDR400...?

ok, I upgraded the BIOS (OCW 8) expecting it would remove the limitation of the 1.4Vcore. it didn't, now I'm annoyed. theres no point to this damned bios. so now I have to do this damned volt mod I guess, unless there is a way into tricking the board into giving me like 1.425 or 1.45 with this chip? I'm pretty sure I don't need 1.475. oh well, is there a way to do the volt mod with something that is removable? so that ASRock couldn't tell if I need to RMA?

ok, first off, this is a pretty cheap board, so, I didn't have any problem taking a soldering iron to it, and I've never used one before, so, I had every right to be nervous, and when I thought I fried it, I was pretty bummed, but, it's actually really quite easy to do the mod, but, I would definately suggest taking the mobo outta the case, you can have more room to move, and you can get your face closer to the board, cause the solder points are super small.
Anyways, got kinda off track there, basically, what Im saying is, if you do do the mod, Im sure you void the warrenty, but, if you are remotely serious about overclocking with this board, it has to be done, and if the board does mess up later on down the road, invest some more money on a more expensive board, if you have any more concerns about the volt mod, I'm sure everyone here will help you, but, I think you should do it, my 3700+ could only get up to 2400 MHz without it, and with it I've gotten over 2900 MHz!
