Actually, OCZ and Antec make very nice products. As for the multi, I don't think that A64 chips are fully unlocked, only downward. Lower your HTT to 3x and raise the FSB to 210. If that works, put up a memory divider and raise until it doesn't boot.

Have you checked that your vcore and vdimm are sufficient? If so, have you got the memory timings setup in the bios? If not, put these in manually and try the test again.

Alright, there are a few possibilities. You could have bad RAM. Test this by downloading a program called memtest86, and then burn it to disc. It should be found as a bootable CD-ROM image (.iso). Run this and if the RAM is bad it will fail at least a few tests. If that checks out, get out your multimeter and measure the voltages on your power supply. +12V should be between 11.8 and 12.2, +5V should be between 4.8 and 5.2. If that is out of whack, then your power supply might be overstressed for some odd reason.

So try Super Pi and OCCT. It could just be a problem with Prime95. If the half-hour OCCT stress test and the 32M Super Pi run pass, then you're good.

Try setting the FSB to 300, divider to 266, and HT mult to x3.

3500+ is unlocked downward, and I have one of them in my folding farm, use a divider, Htt set at 3x, you might want to increase the vcore a notch, and keep it under 55c.
Test with superpi 30meg.
