This question is probably gonna sound stupid, but im going to ask it anyway. Do Micro ATX motherboards usually mount easily in mid tower cases?

As long as the case has holes for the mobo (it should), there should be no problems.

yes they do but if ur buying a mid make sure it says it fits all atx mobos first but it shud work i wudn't see y not i had a micro before n put it in a mid

Yeah. My parent's computer is a MATX socket A board in a midtower case. Usually, MATX uses the same holes for an ATX, but they forgo the use of the top 3 holes.
