Small update, thought people might find this information useful:
My measured system power usage (measured at the wall):
Sleep: 5-7 Watts
Idle: ~22 Watts
Full Load: ~31 Watts
I'd like to see any other HTPC get numbers like that.
Temperatures stay well under 50C unless I run a full stress-test which puts it around 50-51C.
System has been going strong running pretty much 24/7 as my HTPC. Used pretty much every day for many hours and it hasn't even blinked.
Side note: I haven't payed for cable TV for as long as I've had the HTPC. Between my Blu-ray collection, Netflix, and streaming content from my main PC I have all the commercial free content I could ever want.
