6600gt "flicker"

Thread Starter
hey all..i got a MSI 6600gt recently and it just seems like the default MIP level on it is set too high. I get this shiny and sometimes flicker sensation on scenery in the background of games..especially flight sim 2004. how do i get rid of this? ive tried the newest drivers and everything..set MIP levels lower, and played around with the settings in the nvidia panel..errrr

nothings overclocked either

thanks

I would download RivaTuner, and enable the settings on the image below. I've found they are an almost universal fix for MIP errors.
