Yeah well.. I dont care about brand... Aslong as it dosent die in 4 days, its good... someone said 300w is fine... the site says 480w... ehhh, kinda sceptical.

Exactly, if he makes good commission from it, its gonna be "good". Always do your own research and read reviews from other members or use well known websites like anandtech or tomshardware. They are usually unbiased and provide informative material for you to make your own conclusion.

Well, you gotta understand the situation.
4 days after i built my pc.. i come home turn it on... I see smoke coming from the back... *sigh*
I jack my moms keys, run to the car, jet to the nearest comp store, ask for a good PSU, he gives me this... tells me, if anything is wrong with it within 6 months, bring it back...

So as you can see, its not THAT BAD...

Good thing you have a warranty(im assuming), but I said the above for future reference when buying parts. Just look around and do research, it will save you money and headaches.

FPS brand, SAGA series, my bad, it said SAGA in HUGE letters, so thats the first thing I assumed.

Yeah, the brand is FPS, it says on the top left of the box.

that's a good PSU. FSP makes excellent units and the Saga series is one of the best budget psu series you can buy. What model is it? i.e. how many watts?
