Here's a good link. I know its a DFI forum, but it gives a lot of chip information on one page, about 1/3 down.

http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24719

In short, here's some 2gb non UCC RAM:

- Mushkin XP4000 REDLINE [2x1GB] (Infineon CE-6) [3-3-2-8]
Part number: 991493
- OCZ EB DDR PC-4000 Platinum Edition [2x1GB] (Infineon CE-6) [3-3-2-8]
Part number: OCZ5002048EBPE-K
- G.Skill F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX [2x1GB] (Infineon CE-6) [2-3-2-5]
Part number: F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX

hope that helps a little.

I really would like 2x1GB Ballistix DDR500 but nowhere I have seen sells it except overclockers.co.uk and I'm looking to buy in the US to (hopefully) save money. I was looking at this GigaRAM Mach1000, as they used Infineon chips, but they recently switched to UCCC as well.
here you go.

from the chart in page 2, i would get the Mushkin DDR500 which uses the Infineon C die or the Crucial Ballistix DDR500 (Micron) which Wesley got to DDR610 STABLE!
