I would start by setting the PCIE frequency back to whatever it is at stock...100 I think is default and then see if you can get your CPU stable

PCIE Clock - probably just the same or PCIE Freq.
Clock Ratio - Usually referred to as the multi or multiplier
CPU voltage - same or core voltage
PCIE voltage - same again
DDR voltage - dram voltage or memory voltage

Are you familiar enough with your bios to put a divider on the ram?

Your ram voltage is up, but still can't overclock, so putting a divider is your only option.

Reset your CMOS.

Dont touch the PCIe clock frequency.

In your bios

Set your Dram to a divider 166/333
Set your HTT to x4
Set you multiplier to it's Max x10
Set your FSB to 210, Reboot... check for stability
Next try 220, Reboot... check for stability
Next 230, Reboot... check for stability
Next 235, Reboot... check for stability
Next 240, Reboot... check for stability
Next 245, Reboot... check for stability
Finally try 250, Reboot... check for stability

250 should be your max at HTTx4, If you start to go over 250 lower HTT to x3
If you go over 260 lower your dram divder to 133/266

If you find you have unstability up your V.core in very small increaments till it's stable. Keep your eye on your temps after rasing the V.core, Dont go above 50c under load.

Have fun and post back if you run into a problem.

In the bios,Try the F keys F1, F2,F3,F4,Etc...

One of them will get you into the Advaced chipset features.

You can also look in the Manual that came with your Mobo...
