Im on water and Ive pulled more then a 1.3ghz overclock on my 820.

Yup it should do better, but like I said before dont aim to high. Heck if you look at the performance differance, the 920 stock will score better then your 550. But I dont see any reason why you couldnt get at least a 1.4ghz overclock.

Anandtech.com got to 4.4Ghz on air with my motherboard and same RAM... (P5WD2-E Premium and Patriot Elite DDR2-800 4-4-4-10)

Question there is was it stable? My max on water with the 820 is 4.2ghz(thats a 1.5ghz overclock) its not stable and takes a huge voltage increase from 4.122-4.20 but Im rock solid at just under 4.1ghz. So Im happy.

They had it stable, but didn't pass 24 hour stress test. They said watercooling or better would have made it stable though.

They also got the 920 to load windows at 4.8Ghz, but they said temps were WAY to high.
