PSU for Pentium D 930

Thread Starter
Just a short one: Which PSU should I choose for my system (specs below), and generally how much watts do I need for it.

I would appreciate PSU recommendations for both OCed and stock system...

Thanks!

I use a PC Power and Cooling 510W power supply which is pricey but very good. I am running a Pentium 955 Extreme Edition overclocked to 4.266Ghz, 4 WD 325GB SATAII drives, MGI 6600 Graphics Controller, NEC DVD/CDRW drive, 6 Case Fans, Zalman 9500 Heat Sink, 4GB DDR2 675 Corsair RAM and it handles it with ease.

They sell a SLI versiona and an ASL version. I got the ASL version because it has the EPS12V connector and the SLI version did not. I'm running the Intel D975XBX motherboard.

Ok, but one more thing - ATX or ATX2, explain me the difference please! (as far as I know the 2nd version is needed because of PCI Express)...

Take a look at these specs with the wiring diagram, and it might let you know if it will work. It supports ATX2.2 and EPS12v (which is what I have):
