Should i get a new computer or an xbox 360? I dont exactly need to get a new computer but i would want to build one but am thinking of waiting till AM2 or Conroe (whichever ones better). I am leaning more to an xbox 360 because it would be cheaper than a computer and plus new parts are coming out for computers now.

It seems that every 4 to 6 months a new computer part is coming out. i would say go with the 360 but buy the cheapest version the 299.99 i figured for 300 bucks u can only buy a video card which u would eventually replace cuz a better videocard is coming out (7900 series). or a processor which u have to save money to get a mobo ram and a videocard. atleast while u save that money u have an xbox to entertain u.

I have a PC and a 360 and in all honesty mate get a PC cos the 360 sucks chops no really it does, I have COD 2, Needs for Speed Underground, NBA plus a few others and every single one of them looks better on my pc, the graphic quailty is near enough the same but the effects and momentum is way better on a pc!

if you plan on just gaming, get the 360. You need about a $2000 PC to beat the Xbox 360's image quality, so for just gaming, it's the best plan. but if you want to do all the other stuff associated with having a fast PC (OCing it to hell and back), keep saving and build one.

I'd say the computer just because I'm anti-XBOX, but the 360 is a deal for just gaming. But hey, the 360 isn't expandable and can't be OC'd, so who cares?
