for the MB, Im very happy with my DFI Lanparty. The different models depends on what you are looking to do with your computer but they are all very good MBs.

YOu either want a DFI or Asus AN832 SLI Deluxe or above, if your getting the Asus though make sure its the 32 because it has 2x16 PCI-E rather than 2x8

Do DFI do a board like the Asus SLI32 one, supporting 2 x16s at true speed? Bad way of explaining it but you no what I mean

Awesome guys, I'll have to look these up! What about these boards and overclocking not that i'd really need to but it's still in the back of the mind for later. So there really isn't much a diffrence between PCIe and AGP?? also how do you run dual graphics cards? and what is required on the MB part to accomplish that. Thanks for all of the help!!

2x16 PCI-E...............most current/old Mobos like mine support SLI but when in sli mode the mobos switch from 1x16 pipes to 2x8 pipes (dont know why power issues or something) anyway the new gen boards have advanced, ironed out old sli issues and inproved 1 improvement being is opening up all pipes on both GPU's instead of restricting them to half of what they r capable of.

Go PCI-E mate, AGP is slowly but surely being phased out, most current boards run PCI-E and support SLI

Hope this helps
