New Catalyst 6.3 released today - Page 2

I got these drivers and went to play CS:Source and low and behold my card starts acting up. I didnt get any artifacts but textures start disapearing out of no where, I thought it might be my card so I took down my OC's and rebooted making sure the card cooled down if it overheated and everything was good. So I start up GTA San Andreas and it works just fine. I go back to CS:Source and it happens again, at this point I am like ok lets see if I can just roll back. I uninstall and go back to 6.2 and CS:Source works just fine. I uninstall 6.2 and try 6.3 again. Load up CS:Source and it happens again this time though followed by random crashes. Has anyone else had any problems like this with the 6.3 drivers? The drivers work fine in all other games though just CS:S I am having problems.

At the moment I'm having problems with my backup 9800pro. I start to get artifacts when I play DoD:Source when ATITool runs artifact free for hours. However I'm not sure if it's the drivers.

i haven't tested them myself but it looks like there is a fault in the drivers with CS:Source. when the omega drivers come out, they will probally have the problem fixed. if nothing else it is worth waiting 4 the new omega Drivers then see what happens. i would try it myself but i don't have CS:source. so soz i can't do much else. i would advise posting something about what u have experianced on the Omega Drivers Website. I hopw this info helps
