Well i could at two more fans to get some more colling because im getting like my running temps as 43 C on a prescoot with stock air cooling

You have reached a breaking point in that CPU(as in all celey D's) once you go past 165FSB you will need to raise the Vcore by alot, will probably take 2 or more raise's to get it to post, but that is your problem, the Vcore!!!

they at a divider right?
try a 6:5 divider and see if it helps if upping the vCore doesnt help

but it should help

lets not stop lol,I am now pushing it past the 4 ghz mark it is now at 4132 mhz with a fsb of 688 and temps at 56 C while running,so thats a 29 percent overclock,and Im not done yet.Vcore is set up now,but i wanna push it more I think i might have to push the voltage of the ram up soon.anyway i will keep posting

Now I have accomplished overclocking by one gigahert,i am now at 4.2 ghz,and somehow my trmps went down... 52 C
