I use RivaTuner for my GPU, CPU-Z to check my clocks/timings, Speedfan for tempeture/CPU usage monitoring, and my good ol' BIOS for the actual overclocking.

I'll post links if you'd like them.

Some other tools I use less often are Memtest86+ for memory diagnostic, Prime95 for stress testing, and Dr. Speed (Albatron's system monitoring utility).
