Hey, this should be a quick one for anybody out there...

If my CPU is stable, is there still a risk of frying it?

What are your idle and load temperatures? What is your current CPU voltage?

I think as long as the temp is low enough and you don't flash fry it with voltage changes you're good to go.

Like said above dont overheat it ..So check your load and idle temps and dont pump too much voltage through it.

i remeber when i just first built my pc and i put the voltage up to 1.7 about a week after, my temps was like 71c on full. lol

In the bios im at 1.6 but CPU-Z reads me at 1.7

Idle temp is about 35c and after OCCT test loads are about 45c

Keep an eye on the temps when your ambient temps rise such as in the summer. You could be fine now but overheat on a hot non air conditioned day.

The biggest thing I would worry about, if I was in your situation, is the CPU Voltage reading as 1.7V. Over 1.7Vcore is when Sudden Northwood Death Syndrome strikes.
