PSU temp?

Thread Starter
I know there is a recommended CPU temp for overclocking, and a case temp, but does anyone have any ideas about a PSU temp? Right now mine's running at about 52C, CPU about 41-42C (idle). I haven't been able to load it yet because prime95 keps getting errors, but as I up the voltage, it becomes more stable. I just need a little help in when to try and stop upping the voltage. Right now my CPU core is at 2.0 volts, DDR is at 2.70 and NB is 2.75 (I beleive). All of this is at idle though. I have heard AMDs are fairly stable until about 55C, but how about power supplies? If it helps, mine is an Enermax 350 from about 3-4 years ago. I don't know the model number or anyting else really, but figure that all Enermax PSUs from 3-4 years ago should rate about the same. Maybe a PSU temp max would also help people push their rigs just a little bit further? Who knows?

Powersupplies should be under 50-60C at all times... if it gets over just add a fan and you should be fine..
