Just raise it the volts up one notch to OC more or make it stable... I'm guessing that cpu is a presscott... the same as me.... and it's max voltage is 1.525 but since you have watercooling you could probably put it to 1.6 or even 1.7.... Also watch those temps but it shouldn't be a problem since you have watercooling.........

I don't know about 2 but its probably at 1.5-1.6 right now so I wouldn't go past 1.8 just to be safe.... Just make sure you're full load temps are under 55C and keep upping the vcore by a notch in the bios until you can overclock more and/or it is more stable...Overclock at you're own risk...

Ok I've just read some info on Northwoods..........I DON'T RECOMMEND OVER 1.7 VOLTAGE EVEN IF TEMPS ARE GOOD..... anyways I don't even think you need that much....... Just OC as much as you can with 1.7 but make sure it's stable.......

I think you should try to keep it no higher than 1.7, I can't remember anyone on here going much higher. Voltage can be a killer even if you can control the heat. Try to go a little at a time, you may get a lot better OC with just a slight increase.

Take it from me 1.7 is about the max on the northwood. You are just asking for cpu failure above that. But if you have phase change then 1.75-1.8 could be your max. For suicide runs the max i have ran on a northy was 1.75 on air. I dont recomend it. I had a prescott already up and running at the time.

Can you download cpuz and take some screenshots so we can have more information....
You probably can't overclock anymore because...
- Ram is pushed as far as it can go.. need a divider
- PCI/AGP not locked
- Or I'm afraid thats your max OC
