I set it all up, all the fans are working I ran prime95 checked the temps played some left 2 dead 2 and it seems everything is fine but i was wondering if there could be any long term effects or something that i haven't noticed?
check to see if your 5770 is wobbly?

I'd be pulling out a digital multimeter to check the psu regulation.

i would also back up your data while the computer still works. No telling what that drop did to your hard drive.

Just depends where the shock went when you dropped it. I think that you would do well to do a careful inspection. Look for any cracks or damage to the motherboard and other parts. Was the case really screwed up. If you find any damage post up a picture. I'm afraid that time will tell but you should be able to get a decent idea if there was any major damage or not. If the case did a good job of protecting the innards then that would be good.

Was it on or off when it fell? Important question there. Hard Drives are designed to take that kind of shock when off, but not when spinning. I'd consider carefully stripping it down to look for signs of stress on the mobo, especially the GPU socket, and make sure you enable smart reporting for your hard drive, and check the error logs regularly for a week or 2.
If nothing shows up bad, and it's all OK, then you got away with it.
