How do you set vDimm?

Thread Starter
I'm on an ASUS P4P800S SE and recently there have been problems regarding my memory.

anyway, how do you set vDIMM on my board? Bios doesnt seem to have it.

* Prime 95 gives me errors like at test 5, it tells me something like 0.4987... it should be 0.4 or seomthing. I think it's memory related...
Help me

Anyway here are my CPU Z stats
Intel P4 3.00 Ghz running @ 3.41 ghz Its a Northwood
FSB 227 Multi x 15
1 Gig 3200 ram
memory frequency 181.6 mhz set lower to have "headroom" as i have read
FSB : DRAM 5:4
3-4-4-8
vCore is @ around 1.5

Im a total noob. What seems to be causing these instabilities? I would like to be able to run prime without any errors to ensure stability. Any suggestions on what should I do?
What am i doing wrong?

Please help

Good. You and I have to same mobo.

Have you updated your BIOS, yet? That'll give you more options. Google ASUS EZ Flash.. or something like that.

As for the errors...

Up the vcore a little more. 1.55~
If you were able to overclock.. why can't you change vdimm?

Go to Advanced => Jumperfree Settings => And change AI Overclock tuner to Manual.

Picture.

There, change the DDR Reference voltage. However, make sure you know your RAM's vcore limit. Find the RAM in a retail website, and it should tell you. (Use Newegg)

I've updated my BIOS to the latest asus beta bios from their support website.
The advanced tab in bios doesnt seem to have changed one bit.
I only see CPU core voltage but there are no options for DDR Frequency Voltage. I still can't tweak myVDIMM. Help me please.

Have you set the "AI Overclock Tuner" from Standard to Manual under the Advanced tab in the BIOS?

EDIT:

Sorry! I should have finished reading the above post. :withstupi

Yes, it's on manual.
Everything is ocable, I mean its on manual I can set FSB by 1 mhz increments and the ram too with 500 400 320 mhz choices.

Problem is, I cant see vDIMM settings anywhere.
What's wrong with my motherboard?!?!
