I'd get an i3 unless you are unlocking the 550 to 4 cores

No need for Windows 7 ultimate really. And I'd buy a 5770 instead of the 5670. You said the PSU is an HX in your post, but its a TX. Lower quality than the HX but should do fine. Perhaps look at Antecs New TruePower series.

i am going to use the x2 callisto to unlock the 4 cores because of the ASUS 790X's success rate

What's this build being used for? Personally, I'd get rid of the overpriced case and would get the Antec Three Hundred, downgrade the HDD to a 640GB Caviar Blue, and put the money to a HD 5770 and a good aftermarket CPU heatsink.

Also, no need for Win 7 Ultimate if all you're doing is standard gaming. I'd go for Win 7 Professional x64. The link you have is for Professional 3-Pack.

im actually getting the case for free, otherwise i probably would make a build in the antec 900, i made my brother a build in that case it was really nice working in it, althought i would probably paint the inside black.

-i just quickly picked out links so i could post it for better opinions, i am not going to get the 3 pack, my father gets it for discount for working at SAS.

-i am getting a cpu heat sink, most likely an arctic freezer pro

-i most likely will get the 5770, because of the hook-ups im getting on this build

all-in-all i should be getting this for $700 coming out of my pocket, good deal?

The mobo has little to do with the likelyhood of an unlock. Regardless of what people may say elsewhere, the probability is around 50%. If you think your looking at a sure thing....your really not. If you want more cores, the best advice I can give you is to buy a chip that guarantees 3 or 4 cores.

Also....that TIM is junk...try some Artic MX2 or Shin Etsu instead.

Your very welcome. I just want you to be prepared in the event it doesn't. Some of those people went through handfuls of chips to get success. I got lucky on my 1st try. Alot of people tend to think it's the rule that they will w/ certain boards...making sure you know the difference is all.
