Slow Download Times

Thread Starter
Here recently my download times have dropped dramatically. I used to get around 500 kb/s, but now they're closer to 5 kb/s. I have no idea what's causing this. I've called and had my modem restarted twice already, but it hasnt helped. Can someone please help me out here?

I'd run some spyware/anti-virus checks, and then disable/re-enable your internet connections in Windows. See if that fixes 'er up.

sounds like you need a new modem, or also, have your line tested for any drops and stuff like that to see if it's the providers fault or if it's your fault.
