did you try clearing cmos?

either turn off the comp, and unplugg it, and take the battery out, the quarter sized disk..and wait 10 or so minutes max..and your bios will go back to default settings, or in other words, you cleared cmos

^ What he said.

You overclocked a setting too high and the computer couldn't handle it. Remove the cmos battery on the motherboard, wait, and put it back in. Boot and get into bios and try again (but in smaller increments).

see if your cmos can be reset by jumpers on your mobo before removing the battery, most newer mobos have cmos reset jumpers.....consult your manual

You always get this message when clearing CMOS, adding a new boot device etc. Just press F1 to enter the setup and start o/cing again
