Ok so here is my build, is this all the stuff i will need for a functioning computer? will all this stuff work together? is there any parts i can substitute for a cheaper product, I will use this computer for gaming like steam games and WoW, will i need a network card or sound card? do all the wires come with it? or if you can make a cheaper build for a good gaming comp. i would like that

ALSO HOW DO I SHOW MY WISH LIST?

It will all work together, though DDR2 is slowly being replaced by DDR3.

what's your budget?
yeah they will but i highly recommend getting 4gb of DDR3 RAM you can get good sticks for like $90-$100 that are branded and good quality
why are you getting an Athlon processor unless your on a budget?.....their kinda old i recommend something like a 945 or 955 and overclock...but then you'll have to get a new mobo
the build i have in my sig rig is not meant for gaming but my budget was $700 with MIR and no monitor but i got the haf 922 which is a more expensive case so if you follow my sig rig, get a lower ended CPU, bumb up the GPU and get a better one, you'll have a pretty good rig there
if you want to stick with AMD i suggest going with 955
you don't need a sound card its integrated, unless you want better sound but that would cost more
network card you don't need unless you want to use wi fi or later on you can just get one of those USB ones you plug in to get wi fi connectivity

here are a bunch of mobo/cpu combos
http://www.newegg.com/Store/ComboDea...s-Motherboards
for AMD all of them are the Phenom series which are way better than Athlon
there are dual, quad, and six core options there
i suggest getting this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.436069
which is on the previous link i gave you because it will fit your budget and most games don't use six cores if you don't want quad get the dual one in the first link
and the mobos are good quality as well and compatible

well my desired budget is 750, but i can go up to 850, i want a good cpu and cpu, i will have to get a different cpu, there out of stock, i dont really know about brand but i heard AMD is really good

i really suggest following what i said
if you pick one of the mobo/cpu combos in the link i gave you tell me and ill try to come up with a build with your budget
well yeah its either AMD or intel but since you started with AMD stick with it plus i think AMD is better for gaming personally

sorry about that i didn't see it that well not sure how good the mobo is might want to ask other people, Asus is a great company
but its a way bigger improvement on your other build
if you want to save money get a optical drive for 18 bucks instead of 25
here's one for 20
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106289
so now you got your mobo, cpu, optical drive, get a WD, seagate, or Samsung HD either 500gb or 1tb whatever you want....i recommend 500gb on your budget but it depends on how much space you want, a branded high quality PSU 500watt could handle that, then spend the rest of the money on a good GPU since its gaming rig
