Hey I have diskeeper pro and it worked until i told it to perform a boot-time defrag. When the comp is booting up, it goes to the blue screen like normal, then says that it can't run chkdsk because the volume is either being used by another program or it isn't mounted, or it isn't ntfs - which it is. Now when I try to defrag, it says that chkdsk is scheduled to run, but it doesn't even go to the blue screen any more. I tried running chkdsk -f with the command prompt, but it says the same thing. How do I "mount" the volume?
