Nope i cant afford the stuff lol but i never said it looked bad i mean common the stuff looks dam good, but IMO im liking the way the parachord looks over it. They both have 2 completely different looks mdpc-x is like \\\\// in a v weave while parachord looks super tight and almost looks like dots in rows if you get what i mean.

Plus when i can get rolls of this stuff for a quarter of the cost of a couple of meters of mdpc-x my wallet LOVES parachord way more

Honestly no offense your coming off as a fanboy to me lol.

What?? If you haven't used MDPC-x, How can you compare the aesthetics to Paracord??

Paracord snags like crazy, Frays like crazy and is made from way Cheaper Nylon Filament. I don't noe but do you like shoelaces in your pc?

Just my 2cents.

If you've never used it then you aren't in a position to state that it's better. Cheaper maybe, but not better. I have used both and I can say without reservation that it isn't better than MDPC-X. It's fairly good, but not that good. It's an okay cheaper alternative and if you prefer the look then just say that. But without having used it you aren't qualified to state one is better than the other.

And no, I'm not a fanboy of MDPC-X. I just know how good it actually is compared to everything else.

I disagree on the "snags like crazy, frays like crazy." Both are very controllable and I didn't have problems with either while doing my rig.

Not to sound rude here , But How can you disagree with a statement, Then admit that it is valid?

Yes they may well be controllable, But your comment should have made logical sense.

I never admitted it was a valid point. You can make paracord and other sleeving snag and fray, but you'd have to be pretty rough and careless with it. Your statement of "snags like crazy and frays like crazy" insinuates that the stuff will snag and fray without exceptionally careful handling. That is not the case. "Very controllable" means it's easy and simple to prevent these unwanted effects to the point where you probably won't even really encounter them.

Paracord is weaved much more tightly than shoelaces bro

I've done nearly three dozen PSUs with paracord and never had a problem sleeving or anyone complain about fraying or snagging

I have also used MDPC sleeving and it surely is fantastic looking, quality stuff. But it is much more expensive

The amount of cash you save greatly outweighs the appearance difference IMO

Cable sleeving looks awesome but looks like it might be boring beyond belief, something you would have to do like 1 cable a week haha and as the very last upgrade on a computer so nothing had to be changed.

You try calling them? They're solidly known in the LE/MIL world and I've ordered from them many times for gear.
