No, I ran 2 different BFG 7800 GT's and an eVGA and they all had it. Do a google on nv4_disp.dll BSOD and I can guarantee you will find numerous threads about people incredibly pissed at NVidia. It is a known problem with certain configurations and NVidia has done nothing to fix it.

Don't matter anyhoo - my X1900XT will be here in 2 days.

Whats the cause with it?

What components in the system are required to cause the BSOD? I'm betting it's some sort of incombatibility issue.

I've actually gotten more lock-ups and bsod screens on my sister's system with an ATI 7000 then I've ever gotten on any other graphics card. That includes my old Leadtek, my Matrox, and both of my nVidia cards.
