I built a computer for my friend about 3 months ago. It's got a Athlon 64 3500+, x700 PRO PCI-E, Hitachi SATA 150 Hard Drive, DFI nF4-DAGF Motherboard, Rosewill RE501-BLK 500W, Zalman copper 120mm Heatsink, 2x 512mb Gigaram PC3500. Every time he plays a game on it though it crashes. I thought it was the drivers at first, but I reinstalled them and the same thing happened. Then I tried reinstalling Windows, same thing, so I know it's hardware related. My hunch is it's the graphics card. The only thing is he bought the graphics card at Best Buy because it was on sale for $100 on Black Friday last year. I also checked the RAM, and that's not the problem. But what do you guys think it could be? He doesn't get the BSOD, he gets one of those "Error Report" things, then he clicks "Don't Send" and it just restarts. Any ideas?
